At the event, we honored the remarkable leadership of our founders and first staff members, like David Orr and Sherrill Frost-Brown. We celebrated the dedicated volunteers and community partners who’ve helped us reach thousands of renters across Chicago and suburban Cook County, like Dick Astle and the Garfield Park Community Council. And we made a bold commitment to continue championing housing justice no matter the uncertainty that lies ahead.
